organisation is the ‘Michelin Star’ of the tea world and is a
much sought after honour!

Country Hotel Tea Award 2010" category by the Tea Guild.
Having travelled the country, the judges awarded points for
the variety, excellence and knowledge of the teas offered, together
with the quality of food, service, décor, ambience, and
