The Bakery at Pennyhill Park

smell of freshly baked bread...
Watch Pennyhill Park’s Head Baker and his
team in action through the large viewing window of ‘The Bakery’ as
they skilfully create a variety of speciality breads and
patisseries for you to enjoy throughout the hotel for breakfast,
afternoon tea and freshly baked snacks!
Attending to your every 'knead'...
Producing bread using filtered water
from our own bore hole and a large selection of organic
buckwheat, chestnut and rye flours 'The Bakery' will provide the
hotel with a vast array of breads and patisserie including
sourdough, ciabatta and foccacia which will be available for
afternoon tea and light snacks.
Built with a large glass viewing panel you
will be able to watch head pastry chef, Denis Drame and his team
busy at work.

Use your loaf...
To take a ‘Pennyhill Loaf’ home, simply pop to
Reception and take your pick or complete the order form in your
room and hang it on the outside of the door and your order will be
ready to collect on departure!
Baking Masterclasses
The Bakery will also be available to
conference delegates for baking masterclasses for up to eight
people.
Classes are 120 minutes in duration
£80 per person
Including tuition, recipes, bread sample and
