Meet our talented Head Chef!

Ram Jalasutram, the Head Chef of The Brasserie has previously worked with London restaurants including Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, London, the Capital Restaurant at the Capital Hotel London, Petrus Gordon Ramsay in London and Raymond Blanc.

Ram cooks with an assured light and clean style focused around the key ingredient of a dish. His menu is a feast of modern British cuisine alongside timeless grill classics with clean presentation using quality ingredients sourced from the British Isles such as beef, lamb, salmon and garden vegetables.

In addition to our stunning à la carte menu, Chef Ram Jalasutram has developed a seasonally rich Set Menu, available Monday to Friday from 6pm - 10pm.

Sunday Jazz Buffet Lunch

Every Sunday the already buzzing Brasserie comes alive to the sounds of the fabulously talented 'Jubilee Jazz Trio'... as seen on TV (and radio!)

So whilst you enjoy the mouth-watering delights of the buffet - choose from traditional roasts and seasonal seafood dishes with all the trimmings - the jazz band will keep you entertained - they even do requests!

So if you're celebrating something special (or even if you're not!), book a table at the Sunday Jazz Lunch and enjoy the food and the fun!
