Now that we have a chic new look at The Brasserie following our recent refurbishment, we have decided to introduce a number of mouth-watering restaurant specialiaties to tempt you!

Bloody Mary Breakfast!

After a great night at the bar what better way to start the new day!

Weekend mornings are something to be savoured so take your time, open the paper and enjoy a leisurely breakfast in The Brasserie, having first taken the time to mix your very own Bloody Mary at the breakfast bar.

With Potocki - Polish rye vodka infused with chilli and horseradish, the first ingredient starts the whole recipe with a kick - not to mention your morning! Tomato juice, Worcestershire Sauce, tabasco, celery salts, salt and pepper all follow, with our secret ingredient, a dash of Port to top it all off... perhaps the greatest morning pick-me-up!

And if that's all a bit too much effort, then how about a simple glass of chilled Champagne!
