Chef has been planning and developing a new vegetable patch and
kitchen garden so that it’s bursting with flavoursome and
interesting produce to service the kitchen.
No food miles here
'Food Heroes' also reduces the amount of ‘food miles’ allowing
the team to revive original, powerful tastes and flavours often
lost through travel. This can only be done if you invest time
proactively investigating the source and growing ethos of fine
ingredients.
