We are delighted to announce the arrival of
Iain Inman (formerly Albannach and Launceston Place in London) as
Head Chef of The Brasserie.
Iain is passionate about sourcing the
finest produce from local suppliers and incorporating this into his
'Best of British' menus.
New Autumnal Menu !
At present for example, he is
featuring game, along with many other dishes on his new
seasonal Autumnal Menu.
