The newly awarded two Michelin star Michael Wignall at The Latymer is a premier food experience. Describing his cooking as 'complex, carefully crafted and very technical but not intimidating' Michael's style has familiar classical themes with all flavours staying true to themselves.

To complete the picture, Pete Klimczak (formerly Tom Aikens Restaurant) heads up the five-star team as Restaurant Manager and Ali Rasouli Nia (previously Michelin starred Acquarello Restaurant, Munich) is our Head Sommelier.

Chef Michael describes his cooking as "complex and carefully crafted". Dishes from the seven or ten course tasting menus include Loire valley rabbit, girolles, wet polenta, compressed apple, puffed quinoa; and desserts such as iced lime mousse, crispy coconut and sorbet, poached pineapple.

12pm - 1.45pm (Wednesday - Friday)

Dinner

7.00pm - 8.45pm (Tuesday - Thursday)
6.30pm  - 8.45pm (Friday / Saturday)

Closed every Sunday and Monday except on Bank Holidays when the restaurant will close on Monday and Tuesday

Please note: The Latymer is closed for the first two weeks of January each year
Dress code: smart - no jeans or trainers and a jacket is preferred
