Hampton Meeting Room
The Hampton is a popular room with doors
leading to the lily pond terrace; this oak panelled room offers a
superb location for a meeting, private dinner or BBQ.
Kensington Meeting Room
The Kensington has a large bay window
overlooking the spa. Electronic screen and curtains with
blackout facilities, wood panelling and air-conditioning make it a
fantastic room for a meeting or even a private dinner.
Balmoral Suite
The largest of our suites. Dual aspect
windows. Huge paintings adorn the walls, handcrafted chandeliers,
air-conditioning, private bar, reception area and built
in public address system makes this room ideal for meetings and
private events.
Buckingham Suite
Situated on the lower ground floor, the
Buckingham Suite has a large bay window overlooking the Spa. With
the addition of electronic curtains and air-conditioning this room
is both light and airy for meetings or private events.
Highgrove Meeting Room
Ideal for small board meetings or as a
syndicate area, this air-conditioned suite with the latest AV
equipment has views over the grounds and is located between the
Kensington and Buckingham Suites.
Brunswick Suite
Perfect for small parties who wish to dine in
private, this suite has outstanding stained glass windows, a huge
hand crafted oak table and wonderful paintings.
Fairway Suite
This popular suite has doors leading out to
the lily pond terrace. The open fireplace is one of the features,
together with wrought iron ceiling fans, electronic curtains and
crystal chandeliers. Perfect for meetings, dinners and
weddings.
Library Suite
One of the most ornate suites in the hotel and
part of the original Main House, retaining the charm and character
in a classic dining setting. With original fireplaces, wood
panelling, stained glass windows and conservatory, it boasts
breathtaking views.
Lyndley Cottage
This converted cottage has a beautiful
fireplace, oak beamed ceiling and double doors leading onto a
shared terrace overlooking the Spa.
Windsor and Eton Meeting
Rooms
Situated on the lower ground floor with doors
leading onto your own terrace and lawn. This is our second largest
suite. Magnificent chandeliers, wood panelling, built-in dance
floor, electronic screen, air-conditioning and sound proof
partition.
Sandringham Meeting
Room
This room is located opposite the Balmoral
Suite on the first floor, with the added feature of a stone
fireplace. This room benefits from a private syndicate room, the
Blenheim Suite, perfect for an office area or syndicate room.
Parkview Meeting Room
One of its unique features is a private stone
flagged balcony, with wonderful views of our golf course. Dual
aspect windows make this room naturally bright, ideal for meetings,
private events or weddings.
Oak Meeting Room
Located in the Terrace Wing area of the hotel
the Oak Suite is ideal for small meetings or a syndicate room to
Parkview, Fairway or Hampton Suites.
South Lodge Meeting Room
Located in the Terrace Wing area of the hotel
South Lodge is ideal for small meetings or a syndicate room to
Parkview, Fairway or Hampton Suites.
Regency Suite
A recently refurbished suite with sofas and
comfy chairs, perfect for informal meetings, private afternoon tea
or drinks receptions.
Clarence Suite
Another recently refurbished suite with sofas
and comfy chairs, Clarence is ideal for informal meetings or
private afternoon tea events.
Lainston Suite
Located on the first floor the Lainston suite
can be used for small conferences or syndicate groups. These rooms
are located in a quiet area of the hotel best for private board
meetings.
Manor Suite
Located on the first floor the Manor suite can be used for small
conferences or syndicate groups. Again, located in a quiet area of
the hotel so best for private board meetings.
