Terms and Conditions

To Guarantee your leisure reservation:

  • Credit card details will be taken at the time of booking.  Some rates will incur upto a 100% pre payment / deposit. All outstanding charges to be settled on departure.

  • On arrival, you will be requested to present the card that you intend to use to settle your account.

  • If you use a debit/credit card to check in, the card will then be pre-authorised and a hold placed on your card account as follows:

  • The full room rate/package for the duration and an additional £100 per night of the stay for any incidentals.

  • This will be held through to your date of departure and such hold may not be released for 72hours from the date of check out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

  • All accounts are checked daily and any guests exceeding their credit limit will be contacted by the Front of House Manager to bring the authorisation level in line with an amount that will cover the guest's stay. Should a guest be staying seven or more nights, the balance is to be settled on a weekly basis.  

  • Guests are advised to take travel insurance.

In the event of cancellation:

  • All pre payments and deposits are non refundable.

  • Exclusive Hotels’ Cancellation Policy refers to the time limit in advance of arrival, before which guests are entitled to cancel a booking without incurring a charge. In order to avoid cancellation and/or non-arrival charges, guests should observe the following Cancellation Policy:

  • A guest may cancel their reservation outside of 48 hours without incurring a charge. However, if a guest cancels their reservation within 48 hours of arrival i.e. by 3.00pm two days prior to their arrival date, the full room rate for the duration of their stay will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

  • If a guest has not arrived by 9.00pm on their arrival date, the reservation will be deemed 'cancelled' unless the hotel has been notified that the guest will be arriving late. The full room rate for the duration of the stay will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation unless the hotel is able to re-sell the room.

Hotel Policies

  • Check-in and Check-out

  • Our priority is to have your room ready from 3.00pm with a host of thoughtful touches and comforts. Should you wish to join us earlier to enjoy our facilities, we will be delighted to store your luggage with the porter until such time that the bedrooms become available.

  • You are kindly asked to vacate your room by 11.00am on your day of departure. If bedrooms are not vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure, a charge may be made by the hotel

  • Please note that the hotel is all non-smoking.

  • We have created a winning combination of inspiring cuisine for you to experience and enjoy. It is politely asked that guests arrive at least thirty minutes prior to your reservation so that you may enjoy an aperitif before dining. We would advise making any arrangements for dining prior to arrival, as our restaurants are extremely popular.

  • If your children are accompanying you for your stay and you would like us to set up a z-bed, we will be happy to do so at a small charge of £25 including vat per z-bed per night. We would advise that you book a Suite as these offer plenty of space for families.  Alternatively we do have some interconnecting rooms, please contact us for further details.

  • Packages are based on a maximum of 2 adults sharing a room, unless otherwise stated.  Additional children and adults will be charged a supplement charge, please contact us for further details

  • We have limited pet friendly rooms available at the hotel, please contact us for further details.
