Over the past few years Pennyhill has been lucky enough to
have appealed to some familiar faces including Daniel
Craig, Nicole Kidman, Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake
and more recently Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael
Douglas, Lewis Hamilton and
Russell Crowe.
Other kinds of stars!
Our fine dining restaurant, the Latymer was awarded it's first
Michelin Star in January 2009, followed the very next week by 4 AA
Rosettes, firmly imprinting the Latymer on the British culinary
map!
It's a try!
Pennyhill Park Hotel is the official training base for
England Rugby with the squad residing and training at the hotel
before all international fixtures for the next fours years!
And if you're lucky... you might also bump into members of the
British Lions Squad in one of the hot tubs!

Continuing with the sporting theme, did you know that the hotel
played host to the San Diego Chargers in October 2008 prior to
their head to head NFL regular season game at Wembley against the
New Orleans Saints.
Working in conjunction with the San Diego
Chargers nutrionalists and dietary experts, our Chefs created
bespoke menus to fit in with training requirements -portions
were huge; protein based and averaged two standard meals
per person.
We also had to import an average of
300 ice cubes and 100 lbs of crushed ice per day!
