Delicious new menus

The Brasserie's new menu reflects its full support of local producers therefore chiming with the seasons. Designed by Head Chef Iain Inman a speciality of the restaurant includes a 'Home Smoked and Cured Fish' or a 'Crustacean Plate' consisting of Maldon oysters, crab, langoustines, prawns and shrimp and main courses such as saddle of Sussex mutton, boulangere of shoulder, shallot puree, olive & garlic jus.

There is also the option of a grill selection of locally sourced succulent beef - take advantage of the special offer of two steaks, side orders and a bottle of wine at £45 for the two of you!

Sunday Jazz Buffet Lunch

Every Sunday the already buzzing Brasserie comes alive to the sounds of the fabulously talented 'Jubilee Jazz Trio'... as seen on TV (and radio!)

So whilst you enjoy the mouth-watering delights of the buffet - choose from traditional roasts and seasonal seafood dishes with all the trimmings - the jazz band will keep you entertained - they even do requests!
