In the autumn of 2011 Michael was delighted to be asked to join a number of one and two Michelin starred chefs for dinner and a day of game shooting with a food and wine pairing cook off hosted by Dom Pérignon.  He has since been inspired to introduce a new dish and matching wine into the restaurant.  To celebrate we have a very special offer to accompany the fabulous Champagne and new dish!

Escape to the Country - Three nights for the price of two!

If you want to truly get away from it all this summer what better location tham Pennyhill Park Hotel and The Spa.  With two award-winning restaurants and outside dining on the terrace, perhaps the largest spa in the UK with an abundance of pools – indoor and out, golf, clay shooting and tennis, you will never be stuck for things to do without leaving the grounds.
